   Open cmd using pen drive and

  Follow the steps below

C:       “hit Enter”

Cd windows  “hit Enter”

Cd system32        “hit Enter”

Copy utilman.exe utilman.exe    “hit Enter”

Copy CMD.exe CMD1.exe     “hit Enter”

Del utilman.exe   “hit Enter”

Pcname CMD.exe utilman.exe   “hit Enter”

Exit    “hit Enter”

Note = now restart your computer

After restart your computer open

CMD using ease of access

Type in CMD

Control userpasswords2    “hit Enter”

Remove your password and reset

your password without losing data
